Our house is located in the centre of Vienna in a quiet and safe area.
The building is only 1 minute walk from the subway station (U4 -Pilgramgasse), leading to the Vienna Opera (2 Stations), to the air terminal (4 Stations) and to tbe Schonbrunnpalace (4 Stations) and also 1 Minute walk to the bus stations for the bus lines 12A, 13A and 14A leading to the Main Shopping Area in the Mariahilferstrasse (2 Stations) and to the Sudbahnhof (5 Stations) and 59A leading to the Vienna Opera and Karlsplatz (3 Stations).
The Famous Viennese Naschmarkt, where you can find fresh fruit and vegetable stands, international deli's and food stalIs, offering inexpensive meals, is only a ten Minute walk away from our building.
individual travellers are just as welcome with us as couples, and families with children looking for inexpensive but comfortable accommodation in Vienna.
In our house you can avail oft he quiet and privacy of your own apartment.
All apartments are equipped with private bathroom and a small kitchen with fridge, microwave, coffee machine and dishes.
If you don't like to prepare your meals yourself, you will find a huge variety of restaurants for all budgets in the vicinity of the house; the same applies to food shops. There are also a number of hotels round our house, who serve breakfast al so to non resident guests.
Ali our apartments are equipped with Sat- TV (Astra and Hotbird) offering Programs in German, English, Italian, French, Spanish, Romanian, etc. languages.

Quotations and conditions

€ 40,-- per night,
€ 140,-- / 4 nights,
€ 220,-- per week.

If required my garage in the same building, may also be rented for € 10,-- per day.
The above mentioned prices include utilities and Vat. Possibly requested services during the stay are not included.
Laundry for the bed, towels as well as cleaning instruments are in the apartment; a washing machine and a dryer is available in the first floor of the building.
We draw your attention to the following regulations and ask you for kind understanding concerning reservation, cancellations and payment formalities:

• There is a minimum-stay of 3 nights.
• When reserving to guarantee a fixed booking, the first night has to be paid in advance to the following account:

• Not showing up or not cancelling in time (3 days prior to arrival) results in us charging you for the first night. In case of no show, we also have to cancel the reservation.
• No credit cards can be accepted.
• The prices vary between Euro 25 and 40 per night according to apartment and season.
• The rent has to be paid weekly in advance; for the keys a deposit of € 100,-- has to be paid (the deposit will be retumed, when the keys are retumed).
• When moving in, a passport copy has to be provided.
